Conflicting boundary lines

Boundary disputes are often a result of faulty legal descriptions (written and recorded by persons lacking proper qualifications) and surveyors not following proper practices.

Once boundary disputes exist, they can take a lot of time and research to correct.

Remember that old saying you get what you pay for? People will chose the lowest priced surveyor who simply stakes the deed on the ground rather than taking the time to look for the best available evidence of the original location of the boundary line.

Unfortunately, that one person trying to save a buck years ago will cost someone in the future a lot of money to fix a problem which shouldn’t have existed in the first place.

If you need a boundary survey, make sure to chose a qualified surveying firm. One that will make every effort to properly determine your boundary lines.
