Common law


Common law – Represents the determination of what is right and wrong as found by the courts to which various cases have been submitted by parties to legal actions. Statute law does not repeal common law; it merely inactivates it as long as the statute law exists.

Who Is W.B. Wells?

In 1924, after graduating from Stanford University, Willard B. Wells founded W.B. Wells & Assoc. Inc in Portland, Oregon. Willard’s philosophy was to provide a quality product for a reasonable fee. We still follow Willard’s philosophy today.
