Alainna Jefferson

Working in the Engineering/Surveying field since 1983, Alainna joined W.B. Wells in 2001. Beginning her career as a Survey Tech she has become something of an ALTA survey specialist, having prepared literally hundreds over the years. She has also served as lead Autocad Technician and trainer at Wells and has worked hard to build a supportive and cohesive drafting team. From pre-construction ALTA survey, boundary or plat, through to post-construction ALTA, she enjoys the challenge of putting her whole focus and commitment on helping the project run smoothly. She is comfortable acting as the survey liaison between client, title company, attorneys and municipalities, using her experience, communication skills and attention to detail to help solve any problems that may be encountered. While the complexities and sense of purpose surrounding these large projects is rewarding, she also finds great satisfaction in assisting the average homeowner by meeting their surveying needs. She looks forward to being a part of the Emerio team and appreciates the company philosophies of producing quality work and service to the community.

A “Renaissance-woman”, Alainna’s blend of technical acumen and artistic creativity are hard to match. Learning drafting by hand as a teenager while working with her dad for 10 years, she now is an AutoCAD wizard and has picked up several skills and talents along the way, including drawing, writing, costuming, gardening, cooking and music.
