Emerio’s Newest Engineers
Two of Emerio’s emerging leaders took a giant step forward in their professional careers by earning their professional engineering licenses in the state of Oregon. David Borok, PE has been with Emerio since graduating from the University of Portland in 2013 and is currently providing civil design services on transportation, utility, and site civil public works projects in the greater Portland area. David is an emerging leader, regularly applying his expertise in design of urban roadways and sanitary and storm sewer conveyance, as well as routinely providing grading, stormwater, drainage, traffic control, and erosion control plans.
Kelsey VandeBergh, PE joined the Emerio team in the fall of 2016 and is currently providing civil design services on residential and commercial land development projects in the greater Portland area. She is an emerging leader specializing in water, wastewater, and site civil design.
