Brad offers in-depth experience in land surveying, engineering and land use planning. He has a vast arsenal of experience in all aspects of the land development process, including conceptual planning, public hearing presentations, project surveys, preparation of construction plans and construction supervision. His design experience includes the design of roads, sanitary and storm sewers, water lines, bio-filtration, erosion control, site grading, storm detention facilities, retaining walls as well as providing flood plain studies and drainage hazard studies and a host of other items. In land surveying his experiences include topographic, ALTA, boundary, design, major and minor land partition, subdivision, condominium, and as-built surveys.
Born and raised in Portland, Brad lettered in track as a javelin thrower at Grant High School before heading to Oregon State University for an engineering degree. As a native Oregonian, his favorite outdoor activities are golfing and fishing, and especially enjoys spending time in the Wallowas and Sunriver.
