Welcome Tim Young!
We are excited to welcome Tim Young as Director of Operations. Tim has 25 years of experience in residential and commercial land development, bringing a wealth of business knowledge to the planning, engineering, and survey worlds. Skilled in land development, sales, feasibility studies, entitlements, and investment properties, Tim will be leading the operations at W.B. Wells, continuing to build our reputation for providing quality land surveying in Portland since 1924.
